Job Summary

Our client a business and financial management consulting company is currently looking to hire a HR Administrator / Accountant.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 4 years
  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the recruitment, placement, and orientation of new staff
  • Prepare and issue Job Descriptions and employment contracts.
  • Ensure top-class workplace discipline is maintained across the company
  • Payroll administration.
  • Prepare training plans and ensure the relevant training is conducted.
  • Prepare and manage the Performance Management System
  • Periodically review KPIs at various levels and ensure the organization’s HR policies are compliant with legal and local labor laws
  • Day-to-day management of departmental operations
  • Work hand in hand with the Accounting department to ensure all company operations are running smoothly
  • Ensure consultants report on time onsite and off-site
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by quick turnaround time through a highly effective and cohesive team
  • Keep the team highly motivated to deliver on their work
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in HRM or Higher National Diploma in HRM and must have a background in accounting
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in recruitment & selection, accounting and administration
  • IHRM Membership
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, on-boarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and strong ethical standards
  • Integrity and approach-ability, as managers and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you.
