Job Summary

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelor
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 3 years
  • Duties :

  • Handling the complete sales process.
  • Engage in pre-sales by contacting prospective clients.
  • Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deals requirements andfinancial prospects.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone callsand emails.
  • Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Provide guidance and assistance on existing and incoming clients on the navigation of their clientportal and client trading account.
  • Keep clients abreast of any customer training and / or events.
  • Any other responsibility as one may be called upon to do from time to time.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales metrics.
  • Develop and maintain product and execution knowledge.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a similar role with involvement in sales or customer support.
  • Experience of the financial industry will be considered an advantage.
  • University degree in Business Administration & Management or any other related subjects.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Package (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Office 365).
  • Proficiency in the use of online trading platforms such as CRM, MT4 & MT5 will be considered anadvantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and target oriented skills.
  • Strong time management and leadership skills.
