Job Description

  • Develop the sales strategy for your proposition within Eastern Africa territory based in Kenya
  • Structure, negotiate and close deals at C-level
  • Proactively identify pipeline opportunities, governed by the territory Account Managers
  • Provide insights and share the company's thought leadership on their proposition with customers
  • Deliver customer demonstrations on their specific propositions accross Eastern Africa
  • Your role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders to proactively drive gross sales and revenue
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Over 6 years of industry, sales or market experience in financial services
  • Significant Product and Workflow Expertise (e.g. knowledge of financial modeling, Excel, MS Office); knowledge of trading floor tech / data apps
  • Excellent selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition / consultative selling) as a"hunter" and strong sales 'closer'
  • Proven track record in a quota bearing sales environment
  • Experience selling to C- level executives
  • Strong understanding of customers' business model workflow
  • Product and Workflow Expert in Proposition Products, including but not limited to :
  • Worldcheck (Desktop / Solutions)
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC)
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance requirements and workflow
