We are a small company dealing with growing, packaging and export of avocados. This role will oversee personnel function and overall business activities admin.

  • Personnel function directing and control.
  • Ensure company compliance to statutory requirements,market standards and business best practice.
  • Ensure respective sections; quality, production,field and logistics meet the set deliverables.
  • Office administration and overseeing effectivebusiness management systems.
  • Personnel Specification :

  • Academic requirements : Diploma inManagement / Administration. Person with accounts qualification will have anadded advantage.
  • Experience : 1 to 2 years demonstrableworking experience in similar industrial environments.
  • Personal attributes : Has to befirm, decisive, creative person with integrity.
  • Willingness to work in Ruiru town.
