Job Summary

Diploma in Records Management, Information Management, Library Science, Business Management or any other relevant field OR

Certificate in Records Management, Information Management,

Library Science, Business Management or any other relevantfield with 6 years working experience with 3 years working experience as Assistant Clerk Scale 4 or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Receive correspondences / mail from various sources internal and external;
  • Dispatch mail and other documents internally and externally;
  • Control and trace the movement of files and documents within the
  • organization;
  • Open / close files as required;
  • Update and maintain files by filing documents; Promptly retrieve and avail the
  • required records and information;
  • Compile statistical records, and avail information to action officers; and
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Job Requirements

    Required education : Diploma, Associate's degree

    Required relevant work experience : 3 years

    Required languages : English (Spoken : fluent Written : fluent)
