Job Summary

We are looking for a Partner Success executive with a strong background in sales and marketing of key accounts mostly in the corporate sector.

    Candidates with a background working inBanking and or Insurance DSR or FMCGswill be an added advantage. This position will be short term with the possibility ofextension based on achievement and success within the two months contractperiod.

    The Partner Success Manager plays an integral role in ourbusiness, building strong working relationships with Partners and EnterpriseClients to drive success.

    The Partner Success Manager will work withcross-functional teams including Enterprise Sales, Enterprise Client Success,Business Development, Marketing and Product Management to accelerate growththrough our most important relationships.

    Responsibilities

  • Develop our ecosystem of partnerships within the different industries in Kenya.
  • Recruit businesses and increase our network of partners and clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic Partners and Enterprise Clients
  • Work with sales team to enhance existing partnership portfolio.
  • Sales and promote M-zawadi within the new partners ranging from online e-commerce shops, brick and mortar retailers, hospitality and many other partnerships that will add value to our ecosystem
  • Ensure that the goals and targets are consistently exceeded and that portfolio is grown further
  • Drive planning sessions to ensure Partner is able to fully leverage on M-zawadi to meet their performance and operational efficiency goals
  • Drive expansion opportunities with each Partner and Enterprise Client
  • Elicit Partner / Client feedback to act as an internal advocate for our Partners / Clients
