Assisting in managing therelationship between the customer and the internal team.
Responsible for keeping currentclients satisfied by delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-daybasis.
Ensure the timely and successfuldelivery of services according to customer needs and objectives; communicateclearly the progress of projects to clients and client expectations to thetechnical team.
Stay updated with regard to newmarket trends.
Working with the BusinessDevelopment team to onboard and integrate new clients and enhancing existingclient relationships.
Ensuring all payments are done ontime.
Proven experience in accountmanagement.
Excellent listening, negotiation andpresentation skills
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
Bachelor's Degree in IT relatedfield is an added advantage.

Ability to work under minimumsupervision and adhere to strict deadlines
