This position entails the supervision, development and performance management of restaurant staff;overseeing the daily inventory, sales analysis, profit optimization and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Diploma in Hotel Management / F&B Service
At least 2 year experience in 3 Star Hotel or Upmarket Restaurant with a Bar and Banqueting Facilities
Marketing experience in a Hotel or Restaurant set up.
Age : 30 - 40yrs
Efficiently administering and actioning the; daily covers, customer report lists, staff rota, holiday forms and other paperwork that is required to ensure accurate reports are accessible;
managing and overseeing the efficient operation of shifts in the restaurant, take away unit and bar.
Preparing reports at the end of the shift / week, including staff control, food control and sales.
Liaising with the Head Chef to ensure consistent high quality of food service including portion control.
Maintaining a professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms and appearance standards.
Ensuring positive customer service in all areas. Responding to complaints, taking any appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customers into return customers.
Ensuring that all staff in the service department are motivated and have thorough product knowledge. Identify training needs and organizing for trainings to bridge employee skill gaps.
Ensure that the staff offer the highest level of customer service and are brand ambassadors for the Hotel.
Maintaining high standards of quality service, hygiene, health and safety; enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas;
ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, national and county laws and ordinances; ensuring a safe working and customer friendly environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
Keeping the Operations Manager and the Directors fully informed of all issues (i.e. problems, unusual matters of significance and positive events) in a timely manner and taking prompt corrective action where necessary / suggesting alternative courses of action.
Working with the Directors and coming up with effective marketing campaigns using social media, traditional media working with vendors such as EABL etc.
to ensure that revenue / sales targets are met.
Performing any other duties and responsibilities that pertain to this role.
