Responsibilities / Duties / Tasks
a. Maintain project accounts and reporting monthly and annually to Head office.
b. Management of expenditures and budget control
c. Management of the payroll and maintenance of personnel records.
d. File statutory deductions and ensure compliance with all tax regulations concerning the project.
e. Assist the project manager and coordinators with budget planning and control
f. Plan and manage the annual audit process and give feedback on audit queries.
g. Oversee procurement of office supplies fixed assets in compliance with Swisscontact procurement procedures.
h. Financial reporting to the donor in conjunction with Head office
i. Management of petty cash.
j. Coordinate transfer of project funds
k. Ensure maintenance of an asset register for the project
Qualification and Experie nce
a. Minimum of bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting , Finance or Economics
