Our client is a Non-deposit taking microfinance with branches across the country. They are looking for suitable candidates for following position.
Minimum Qualification : Diploma
Experience Level : Mid level
Experience Length : 3 years

Coordinate the recruitment and placement of new staff as required and conduct staff orientation.
Build and maintain a positive organizational culture across the organization.
Prepare and issue Job Descriptions and employment contracts.
Ensure top class work place discipline is maintained across the institution.
Coordinate the implementation of employee welfare.
Prepare training plans and ensure trainings are conducted.
Prepare and manage Performance Management System
Periodically review KPIs at various levels.
Ensure the organization’s HR policies are compliant with legal and local labor laws.
Policies and processes development and documentation.
Day-to-day management of departmental operations.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent from a recognized institution.
3 years’ experience in Banking / Microfinance industry will be an added advantage.
Must demonstrate experience in recruitment and selection.
Must demonstrate people management skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
