  • Job Description

    The Brand Manager will develop and implement marketing campaigns that will not only drivecustomer engagement, but will further define our brand's reputation and imagein relation to the market.

    JobResponsibilities :

  • Conduct consumer andmarket research
  • Identify how our brandis currently positioned in the market
  • Design a research-basedbrand strategy
  • Develop and executemarketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
  • Communicate our brandpersonality internally and align company around foundational ideas
  • Lead marketing teammembers through campaigns
  • Measure and report onsuccess of marketing campaigns
  • Anticipate consumertrends and keep brand up to date
  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS;
  • Minimum of bachelor’sdegree business or marketing degree
  • At least 5 years ofBrand Marketing experience in baby products
  • Project management,prioritization skills & ability to manage multiple projects at differentstages of development
  • Experience developingstrategic brand / product plans, such as communication campaigns andcommercialization strategies
