Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, the position holder will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment function & HR Consulting divisions.

    Altima Africa seeks to recruit a creative, highly organized, a quick learner and entrepreneurial individual to the position of HR Analyst.

    PROFILE INTRODUCTION

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for;
  • Development and execution of appropriate talent acquisition strategies.
  • Execute search assignments to ensure thorough sourcing, identification of top talent in the market for our clients and conduct comprehensive selection methodologies.
  • Preparing client presentations and proposals for Recruitment as well as support HR Consulting.
  • Timely and successful execution of recruitment assignments and compiling high quality client reports.
  • Managing the end to end recruitment cycle on the Recruitment system including background and reference checks.
  • Managing candidates’ through-out the entire recruitment process to ensure pleasant candidate experiences.
  • Coordinating tasks undertaken with part-time consultants.
  • Compilation of market intelligence reports.

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree in Business or a related field;
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent certification-a must;
  • 2 years’ work experience specifically within Talent Acquisition;
  • Project management skills & proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint- a must;
  • Organisational savvy, excellent attention to detail with sound judgement
  • Quick learner. Thinks on their feet. Personable team player with a positive & creative attitude.
  • Research, Analysis, and Report writing capabilities.
  • Initiative & proactive with the ability to prioritize, multi task and deliver on multiple projects within tight deadlines.
