Develops and implements marketing and sales strategies and monitors their effectiveness against the set goals
The sales manager will be tasked with identifying the emerging market shifts while being fully aware of new products coming to the market
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance targets accordingly
Determines Sales and Marketing budget and manages expenses to that budget.
Oversees all communication, PR and promotional activities selected. This includes design, production, and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns
Proactively seeks ways to streamline daily functional processes and procedures
Actively seeks out new clients, monitors sales and follows through for target achievement
Evaluates potential sales offers, develops and keeps an up to date sales database and pipeline
Working with the team to develop and maintain new client relationships
Creates detailed proposal documents for prospective customers and follows through on the sales documentations for clients
Makes accurate, rapid cost calculations and provides potential tenants with quotations.
Develops leads and follows up on new opportunities in the real estate market.
Organizes and attends events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions to develop relevant networks and sensitize our clients on our products.
Monitors competitor activity.
Conducts market research to develop an understanding of the competition, opportunities and customers and develop strategy on the basis of these findings
Prepares periodic reports on the marketing activities and sales progress including sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion
A high-performing individual to achieve the company’s customer acquisition and revenue growth targets and maintain a competitive and innovative status
