Responsibilities

  • Keeping record of sales and stock
  • Management of office equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Handling external and internal communication
  • Managing clerical and other administrative staff
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing posts
  • Keeping minutes and filling
  • Receiving calls from clients from office line and keeping data base of the same
  • Any other duties given by the managers
  • Knowledge / Skills / abilities

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal and organization abilities
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Entry level job
  • No prior experience required

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Great attention to details
  • A warm personality and able to work with people
  • NB : Ladies between age 22-26 are highly encouraged to apply for this position

    This is an entry level position. Ideal candidate will be a Bachelor's Degree holder with excellent knowledge of MS office and outstanding communication skills.
