Responsibilities

  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
  • preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems;
  • completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

  • Monitor team activities, working relationship and reinforce positive attributes as well as Spearheading the company’s marketing activities and leading the marketing team in achieving its objectives.
  • Identify new markets and plans that meet the objectives of the company as well as carrying out market research and analysis of market trends, customer satisfaction and product development.
  • Preparing market plans, forecasts and monthly and weekly reports
  • Coordinate all the branch sales and marketing activities
  • Study implication of press and other information to the sustainability of the company and advise management accordingly.
  • Ensure the set-up targets are met, Manages the team to achieve the target of sales number and profit.
  • working hand in hand with the management team in ensuring smooth operations of the company.
  • Collaborates with the managing director in establishing and recommending sales and marketing strategies for the company.
  • Review weekly and monthly sales result and take a necessary action for sales measure and marketing with the market analysis.
  • Follow up the prospects of sales staff through the system and give a proper advice.
  • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
  • Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
  • Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value

    Skills and Qualifications for Marketing Manager Job

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or any other business-related field
  • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing in a microfinance institution or a bank.
  • Experience in leadership, should demonstrate the ability to build and motivate a team.
  • Well-spoken with excellent communication skills.
  • Should have experience in developing marketing and sales strategies, excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand and process sales data.
  • Should be highly motivated to achieve the target.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
