Our client, a well-established global FMCG company is looking to recruit a Human Resource Generalist to be based in the outskirts of Nairobi.
The ideal candidate must have at least 7 years in a manufacturing industry.

This is a senior role and the person will be reporting to the Head of HR. He / She must be a member of IHRM.
Key Responsibilities :
Update andput together the HR policy book, including company policies, employer-employeerelations.
Ensure allemployee contracts / personnel files are up to date & comply with thenational labour law.
Hear andresolve employee grievances, take Disciplinary actions.
Implement aperformance evaluation systems and appraisal tools.
Analysetraining needs of the organization & design employee development, trainingprograms.
Establish atraining and development schedule management for employees
Support,motivate and cultivate a culture of teamwork amongst all staff
Prepare andupdate HR reports.
Driving thechangeover to automated HRM program, including biometric clocking and do dailyreporting
Keep abreastof labour laws.
Must have a bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and member of IHRM.
Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing sector.
Experience working with skilledand unskilled labor.
Strong understanding of national labor law.
Mustbe above 35 years.
Strong sense for integrity anddiscretion.
Strong communication skills atall levels.
Ability to balance multipletasks while working under tight deadlines with close attention to detail
Must beflexible and initiative team player.
Monthly Gross Salary : Open depending onindividual skills and experience.
