Our client, a Global Tier 3 Bank, is looking to recruit a Product and Liability Marketing Head to be based in Nairobi, Kenya.
The successful candidate MUST have a minimum of 8 years working in the Banking sector with 3 years in management. He / she will be required to develop a marketing plan to improve sales of a bank product or service and generate high sales volume.

Key responsibilities : -
Conceptualize, develop, implement & market interest and non-interest bearing products.
Drive product innovation and define long-term product direction.
Develop end to end financial feasibility product programs, focusing on markets; human capital; compliance & operation.
Ensure effective go to market strategy.
Understand customer journey experience and realign / reposition products.
Lead a team of mobilization officer for deposit marketing campaigns.
Conceptualize and implement deposit growth strategies in potential markets locally.
Qualification : -
Must have a relevant Bachelors degree.
Must have a minimum of 8 years experience working in the banking sector.
Excellent background working in a product development & marketing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present internally & externally.
An innovative mindset.
Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve problems.
Ability to think outside the box to effectively improve processes and enhance products.
Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with large data sets; strong Excel skills.
Highly collaborative team player.
Demonstrated track record of change management and delivering results within a matrixed organization.
Monthly gross salary : Ks. 280,000 350,000 / (Approx, 2,800 3,500 USD) plus benefits depending on individual skills & experience.
