Our client is a modern and stylish boutique hotel with approximately 100 rooms & suites plus 6 F&B outlets and part of an expanding international group.
They are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead their Culinary team and take the overall product to the next level
Oversee the operation of all kitchens in the hotel to ensure each Food & Beverage outlet and banquet is managed successfully as an independent profit centre.
Work with each Chef de Cuisine to set annual operating targets & budgets
Monitor cost of all kitchens and provide recommendations & guidance
Monitor food standards in each outlet and train & develop Chefs to work independently
Work with F&B Director and Outlet Managers & Chefs to develop special promotions that drive revenues & attract new clients
Regularly inspect all kitchen area and equipment to ensure quality control and hygiene standard.
Working with the HR Department on disciplinary action, recruitment needs and training plans
Conducting regular checks of all areas to ensure the highest health, hygiene & safety in all areas
