We are looking for a Recruitment intern to provide support in managing the full cycle recruitment processes for a wide variety of projects and functional areas within the team.

Advertise open vacancies to the required audience.
Lead in managing application in our Applicant Tracking System.
Assist in headhunting and candidate’s engagement process.
Assist in scheduling interviews with recruiters and clients.
Build relationships through timely and specific communication onprocess updates, pipeline. updates, and best practices to ensure a seamlessrecruitment process.
Expand the recruitment process by actively seeking feedback onrecruitment process and recommend improvements in order to deliver excellentcandidate and recruiter experience.
Provide weekly reports and attend check-ins each week with yourmanager to review current work, ideas and ensure timely deliverables on settargets.
Any other duties related to daily activities as may be assigned toyou by your supervisor.
Exceptional recent graduates (2019 only) with a Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources or any people related fields preferred.
Strong work experiences. Examples include long holiday jobs,internships, or other positions while at school.
Leadership experience at work, school clubs, volunteerorganizations, etc.
High attention to detail
Good facilitation skills
Ability to work both independently and part of a team
Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied tasks and hit theground running.
Strong desire for personal and professional growth
Compensation : Interns will be provided with a reasonable stipend for the durationof their contract.
Duration : 3- 6 months
