The Project Manager will provide technical leadership and oversee all aspects of the project including training and capacity building activities for all Master Trainers and Trainers with a focus on Train the Trainer and achieving high quality vocational skills learning within the YAW project.
The position will be responsible for the endtoend delivery of the project and will be accountable for Client Satisfaction and Profitability of the project.
The role would involve planning reviewing and corrective action planning for the project managing varied teams building relationships with key stakeholders in the client environment monitoring and reporting on project impact and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Project Manager will also be responsible to manage the PL of the project by ensuring targets are met expenses are minimized and manage the budget according to the approved budget plan.
Create a plan for successful implementation of the project within set deadlines and profitability targetsIdentify acquire groom and maintain a highquality workforce for the project working closely with the HR departmentOversee TraintheTrainer and certification of the project personnel deployed for the training and development projectOversee the creation of curriculum and other such support material required for successful delivery of the projectDesign oversee the development of worldclass practical assessments including trainee monitoring and audit posttraining and the delivery of high impact training report and recommendations to clientWork closely with the client teams to schedule and support the project including the identification of onthejob onsite training opportunities according to work schedulesBuild relationships with critical senior management stakeholders in the client and get their ownership of the projectManage daytoday operations of the projectConstantly seek opportunities for up selling cross selling our range of products with the client.
Once identified closely work with the internal teams to submit a proposal and acquire the order.Develop and monitor key performance lead and lag indicators with an emphasis on creating improved performance through trainingContinuously monitor and solicit feedback on all training programs and materials to ensure accuracy relevance and effectivenessManage and report project financials by conducting a comprehensive budget and monitor closely the projects financial and operational performance in conjunction with the approved profitability planMake financially sound business decisions with a key focus on identifying cost saving opportunities and ROIFacilitate the identification of or provide leads to potential business opportunities through client referrals or partnerships to be used to leverage ARC Skills long term business interestsMaintain the highest level of professional and ethical standardsQualifications knowledgeUndergraduate degree with postgraduate degree strongly preferredCertification as a Project Management Professional PMP strongly preferredEngineering degree an advantageWorking knowledge of Vocational Qualification framework Occupational Standards and Qualification Packs.
