    The role is responsible for overseeingand tracking the lease & rental assets in the company's portfolio. The rolealso follows the leases financial transactions and generally co-ordinates andfollows up on the daily activities of the leasing operations department, inaccordance with organization policies and standards.


    a. Maintains an up to date Lease Asset Register

    b. Oversees and ensures that invoicing / billing and all otherfinancial transactions are being taken care of in a timely manner, andinforming necessary personnel of any missing or late payments.

    c. Process the leases to make sure all the information isaccurate and logged onto a database and filed appropriately.

    d. Creation of a detailed schedule withplanned customer visits and preparing reports on findings or outcomes of thesaid visits.

    e. Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensuresproper customer service.

    f. Setup files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented andsecured.

    g. Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance ofthe leasing & Rentals operations.

    h. Liaises with site supervisors to manage staff deployed atvarious lease customer sites / locations in the day-to-day performance of theirjobs.

    i. Ensures that the lease contract goals are met while adheringto approved budgets.

    j. Monitors trends for competition in the marketplace.

    k. Any other duties assigned by management.


    3 years’ experience in a related area as an individualcontributor.

    Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Business Management,Accounting or relevant field.

    Excellent computer skills

    Well organized with a strong ability to pay attention todetail.

    Good communicate skills, ability to identify problems, andresolve potential conflicts.
