ROLE OVERVIEW

Reporting to the EAR Head of Marketing & Brand, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing a variety of online digital campaigns including e-marketing, Google AdWords, digital banners, website SEO, SMS text media mail-outs, social media and website maintenance- ensuring the site is consistent and in line with these campaigns

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating outbound & inbound digital marketing campaigns to create brand and service awareness along with quality leads and deliver on business targets
  • Planning and executing search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click Campaigns to deliver maximum ROI for marketing & quality sales leads
  • Monitoring the search and display campaign planning, spend and conversions to insure the activity aligns the region’s objectives
  • Providing insightful and periodic campaign reports to support impact of marketing initiative
  • Driving awareness conversion on B2C ecommerce websites and executing conversion-based campaigns to optimize ROI
  • Providing insightful and periodic campaign reports to support impact of marketing initiative
  • Liaising with designers, web developers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the website is fully functioning and optimized
  • Re-evaluating UX and website usability to keep the website at the forefront of digital marketing
  • Liaising with AI developers, web developers, OpCo customer service team and other stakeholders to ensure streamline online customer experience.
  • including chatbots integration with sites

  • Monitoring and managing all website parameters including unique site visits, page views, bounce rate, time spent, Goals & events completions to deliver above industry benchmark
  • Building social media community for the different product segments
  • Ensuring all content across social media is in line with the campaigns and brand standing
  • Liaising with developers and billing teams to ensure the systems are reflecting correct data
  • Liaising with technical teams in markets to ensure the operational aspect of purchase process aligns with the marketing promotion.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    The ideal candidate must possess the following :

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Google AdWords Certification
  • EXPERIENCE

  • At least 4 years’ experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • At least 4 years’ experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, social media, websites, retargeting, analytics and / or display advertising campaigns.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and website management.
  • KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels specifically Google AdWords, paid social, SEO, email, retargeting and analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML / CSS
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing technology, keyword research tools & social advertising technology
  • An interest and understanding of the technical side of PPC and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Good attention to detail, highly organized and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
