SportsRetention Marketer will be responsible for mapping the retained customer’sjourney and ensuring ongoing value extraction from a customer base consistingof converted and active Kenyan sport bettors.

He / she will need toassist the Team lead : Sport Retention Marketing to analyze the fully retainedsports customer user experience, adapt existing communications, develop andtest new interventions and constantly strive to improve our overall customerretention rates and value extracted from our converted and retained base.
The successfulcandidate will possess strong sporting betting marketing, analytical, researchand project management skills.
An inquiring mind is needed in order to be ableto creatively solve challenges and propose new and fresh alternatives toexisting processes.
Excellent knowledge of sport betting market is essential.
Specific duties willinclude, but are not limited to, the following :
Full responsibilityfor Kenya’s sport retention promotions calendar with in country teams toensure our brands has localized and relevant campaigns
Localized globalsports campaigns with input from in country teams
Develop and implementintervention for retaining & growing the customer base through innovativeglobally relevant interventions and campaigns
Effective treatment ofclients having a poor customer experience
Continuously analyzingmarket / competitors to ensure product and retention campaigns are competitive inthe market place
Ensure all sportrelevant product features are effectively marketed and leveraged. E.g. Cashout, Book a bet
Track and report onthe success of implemented campaigns
Data mining andidentification of players who require interventions
Ensuring the productand marketing offering is in line with best practice
Be responsible formaintaining the integrity of the player experience
Identify players forintervention or high value relationship management
Skills Required forthe role
Marketing Degree orrelevant qualification / experience
Candidate should be anexperienced sports betting industry marketer
Knowledge of sportbetting market is essential
Ability to observe andanalyze changes and trends in the sport betting market and use this data instrategic planning
Strong projectmanagement skills
Strategic and analyticmindset with proven commercial acumen
Good interpersonal andnegotiation skills across a diverse team
