responsibilities will include :

  • Developing leads with prospective partners / retailers and building a business network.
  • Planning and delivery of personalized propositions to engage new partnerships / retailers.
  • Promoting PR / communication initiatives in key markets to maximize brand exposure.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to help build powerful and persuasive commercial proposals based on the marketing objectives and the business needs of potential partners.
  • Supporting the business development team by initiating, negotiating and closing appropriate engagements with partners.
  • As part of the Business Development team, working closely with other streams of business.
  • Who we are looking for :

  • You have 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You are fluent in both English & Swahili.
  • You are strong negotiator with the ability to deliver win / win outcomes.
  • You are currently based in Mombasa. (There is no relocation allowance for this role).
  • You value team work and are capable of working with and through others.
  • You have past experience building and maintaining relationships in Business to Business Sales.
  • The holder of this role will support the acquisition and on boarding of new partners in Mombasa. This role reports to the Mombasa Regional Manager.
