Under general direction, coordinate the administrative, clerical and operational function to enhance smooth work flow in a water supply company with over ten trucks.

INDUSTRY FCMG OR MANUFACTURING
Check and monitor the trucks’ fueling using the fuel tracking system, prepare the fuel Local Purchase Orders and submit the same to the Operations Manager for approval.
Make follow-up of the fueling receipts from the drivers upon each fueling. Collect the fuel statement from the fuel station on a weekly basis and reconcile the fuel account, prepare the fuel analysis and submit to Accounts for payment.
Update water delivery schedules and circulate the Delivery Schedule Report on a daily basis.
Assisting in scheduling of orders and logistics and follow-up to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure proper record keeping including filing of documents in a sequential manner for archiving the books and records.
Preparation of the suppliers’ payment documents for onward submission to the Accountant for payment.
Assist in the preparation of accounts records in the absence of the Accountant.
Verify, record and monitor overtime on a daily basis and prepare the monthly overtime analysis on the 21st of the month for approval by the Operations Manager and submit the same for payment.
Assist in updating the social media sites.
Undertaking other tasks that are relevant to this position that may be required by management from time to time to ensure the efficient operations
Degree of Diploma in Business Management
Book Keeping and basic Accounting working experience
2 to 3 Years Working Experience in a busy logistics or water supply company
Willing to learn how to ride a motor bike or ability to ride a motor bike is an added advantage.
