An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations. Experience : At least 3 years working experience in a busy company handling both legal and some Human Resources duties.
Duties / Responsibilities : - Legal / HR -Officer main duties is to support the whole business operations by offering legal advise and working closely with Human Resource department by offering legal advise on labor laws related issues.
He / She will also provide legal protection and risk management advise matters related to contracts, tender documents, leases, ongoing cases, employee contracts, among others.
Other duties includes reviewing and drafting of contract agreements, internal communications and procedures to advice on the legal implications and / or compliance with the statutory or legal requirements.
Expected Salary : - Kshs. 120,000 - 15,0000 plus company benefits
