ABOUT THE ALX MARKETING ANALYTICS LEAD ROLE
The Marketing Analytics Lead is responsible for designing and tracking key metrics to optimize our digital marketing engagement across our various distribution channels.
You will work closely with the CRM Specialist and Head of Sales & Marketing to set up our digital marketing architecture, and identify relevant metrics to be tracked along the sales & marketing process.
You will be responsible for measuring ROI of different marketing channels and campaigns, as well as reporting on KPIs throughout the sales & marketing process.
You will also lead our lead generation and qualification process, by identifying leading indicators of engagement and constantly testing & improving lead scoring mechanisms.
You may have the opportunity to build a team of 2-3 analysts to support your work.
In this role, you will gain significant experience leading a team in designing, implementing, and tracking marketing analytics at a fast-growing organization.
