Job Summary

To support the Finance, Logistics and Human resource teams in some routine and clerical tasks. The person is expected to carry out tasks within guidelines laid down by managers / supervisor.

Tasks are usually routine but will require the use of initiative and / or basic planning and be responsible for the proper use of equipment.

    What we are looking for

  • Diploma in administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1-year experience in administration work.
  • Excellent computer skills particularly in MS Word, Excel.
  • Able to organise own work with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrates initiative in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work on their own and within various teams.
  • Fluency in English both written and oral.
  • Willing and able to offer support to other departments.
