Our client in the ICT industry is currently looking to hire a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator.

  • Job Description

    Duties and Responsibilities :

    AMC Reporting

  • Data entry from tickets and job cards from PMactivities
  • Conducting product analysis and giving relevantreports to clients
  • Perform trend analysis and quality reviews onsupport services
  • Preventive Maintenance team coordination

  • Schedule Preventive maintenance activities asper the service contracts
  • Facilitate the purchase of resources andmaterials to be used by the team during the maintenance projects
  • Process cash requests to be incurred duringPreventive and Annual maintenance services to clients
  • Preparation of payment schedules used fortabulation and processing salary payments for the PM team
  • Services Billing

  • Invoice tracking by maintaining a database onAnnual Maintenance contracts and outsource sites
  • Creation of sales order requests
  • Qualifications

  • Diplomain Information Technology or a Business-related course
  • Bachelor’sdegree will be an added advantage
  • Previous work experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge & skills requirements

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills bothverbal and written
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office products
  • Patience, courteous and good listening skills
  • Possess organizational and time management skills
