  • Job Description

    The HR Manager will lead and provide guidance onall matters human resource by ensuring timely processing of payroll, managementof staff affairs, develop, implement and monitor policies in close consultationwith management.

    Job skills and qualification :

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in humanresource management
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Job Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment Advising and leadingthe management team in talent acquisition and management including managing therecruitment process in a manner that ensures the right caliber of employees ishired and retained.
  • Leading in Manpower planning, to ensure appropriate matchbetween employees and jobs to be done.

  • Record Keeping - Organizing andmaintaining personnel records, updating internal HR databases and preparing ofall HR related documents.
  • Reporting - Create regular reportsand presentations on HR metrics
  • Organizational Culture Developmentand Succession Planning - Building a culture of continuous improvement in alloperational areas and ensuring succession planning is in place at all levels.
  • Working closely with the Board ofDirectors, General Manager and Departmental Managers, providing them withexpert guidance, coaching and support on the HR activities management e.

  • Developing a HR budget based on thestrategy and effectively managing it to ensure that cost management goals areachieved.
  • Developing and implementing HRpolicies and procedures and monitor all HR activities and practices to ensurecompliance.
  • Leading in handling staff grievancesin a prompt, conscientious manner while playing heed to the company’s businessneeds and policies.
  • Responsible for safety managementand training at the workplace, ensuring compliance with the Occupational Safetyand Health Act (OSHA).
