We are Hiring a Content Agent. Responsibilities will include Sales & Marketing, Social media marketing & content development.
Activation Agents will be responsible for Marketing our products online as well as through social media. They are the first point of contactfor the clients after they have signed the contract.
The job entails to followthe procedures related to marketing the services & product :
Providing the training by following the script and the instructionsprovided.
Assuring that clients have full understanding of the tools usage andis aware of the processes
Clarifying doubts and providing answers to theclient s questions
Sending the product details to the clients via emails after the call
Using Salesforce CRM on a regular basisas the workflow tool
Requirements : English B1-B2
Perfect communicationskills written and spoken (over the phone)
Previous experience in customersupport
Interpersonal skills, patience, empathy
Degree / Diploma in any related field
