This is a job entry position for individuals who are ready to learn as they work.

Job duties :

Provide support to learners identify career objectives

Support learners set learning goals as they perform their daily activities

Train learners on commercial awareness competencies

Mobilize individuals to participate in job readiness program

Conduct job readiness training within the assigned area

Assess trainees for consideration for volunteer-ship in the area of career awareness training

Assist learners write Cvs

Assist learners design career paths from their interests

Support individuals develop identify competencies required for the roles within their career paths

Introduce learners to experiential learning

Job Requirements;

Strong persistence in dealing with people and not giving up easily.

Must be able to work with flexible schedule meeting clients’ needs.

Result oriented with the ability to meet goals

Demonstrate learning abilities and is able to transfer knowledge

Strong presentation skills

Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, Word, internet and PowerPoint)

Education and Experience

O level with one year experience in community projects or group leadership

Diploma or university degree will be an added advantage

This job mobilizes and supports individuals in their career journey through setting experiential learning activities and giving feedback.
