Job Summary

Our client, an International NGO registered in Kenya is looking to recruit a Human Resource Intern. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource.

They are looking for a HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support their HR department’s daily activities.

Candidates with working knowledge of Human resource is mandatory.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelor
  • Experience Level : Volunteer, internship
  • Experience Length : 1 year
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure reviews / deductions and anyother payroll changes are done correctly.
  • Follow up on staff probation reviewsand ensure they are done, completed and filed.
  • Maintenance of the legal data,reports, files and obtaining relevant documentation.
  • Compilation and documentation offinal reports and any other staff exit documentation needed.
  • Assist in preparation of trainingmaterials and related task.
  • Compilation of employment documentsfor any potential recruit.
  • Assist in performing recruitment andselection tasks until onboarding process.
  • Maintenance of the employment filingsystem; documentation and updating of the same.
  • Issuance & maintenance of allemployee files & reports including leave reports on a daily basis.
  • Perform any other data entry, typingand related tasks.
  • Qualifications :

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Humanresource.
  • Professional training in HR will berequired.
  • Excellent Administrative skills.
  • Problem-solving and negotiationskills.
  • Initiative and the ability to learnnew concepts quickly.
  • Organizational and planning skills.
  • Honesty and Integrity as a value.
  • Monthly Gross Salary : Transport and Foodallowance will be provided.

    Career Level : Junior Level.

    Education : Bachelor’s Degree.

    Location : Westlands, Kenya.

    Deadline : 29th November 2019.
