  • Job Description

    The Digital Media Marketing Executive will help in developing and implementing the company’s social media marketing, search engine optimization, and search engine marketing strategy.

    Administration includes content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and cultivate leads and sales.

    Job duties

  • Research, plan & execute the marketing projects & campaigns. Create & distribute them in the most suitable social media channels.
  • Keep track & measure their impact & effectiveness.

  • Perform & maximize SEO, SEM, and SMM activities.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Actively managing the website performance through Google Analytics.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Research on media to reach new customers, retain existing customers & generate leads.
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

  • Skills & qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role
  • 2 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
  • Proven success in SEO
  • An expert in digital marketing - Must be good in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SMM (Social Media Marketing).
  • Good sales skills. - Must know how to engage with people and generate qualified lead opportunities for the sales team.
  • Good writing skills - necessary for writing blog articles / SEO articles
  • The ability to think objectively - Can make sound judgment and measure effectiveness of the marketing practices and initiatives used)
  • The ability to execute and analyze drip marketing campaigns - A person who can come up with an innovative engagement strategy campaign targeting specific groups of clients e.
  • g. thesis clients, ordinary assignments, etc.

  • A mix of creativity and analytical abilities - A person who is creative in deciding how to reach out to a certain category of clients.
  • Must also be excited and able to use analytics to inform future marketing strategies. Must also be able to evaluate effectiveness of the marketing practices adopted based on sales, in-page tracking, and other quantifiable metrics.

  • A likable personality and good communication skills - A person who can command attention of bloggers and influencers, connect with them, and maintain good business relationships.
  • Agility - Major platforms / search engines such as Google and Bing push their way into relevancy, or adjust their algorithm on monthly basis.
  • This calls for flexibility and only persons who can react appropriately can prevent the business from losing ground fast or falling behind the curve.

  • Basic design skills - Digital marketing involves words and visual appearance, hence the digital marketer must have basic knowledge in creating viral memes among other visual appearances.
