This role would be toserve as the dialysis center administrator in Nairobi. Your duties and responsibilitieswill include, but not be limited to, the following :
Should be able to handle the overall Administrationof the Dialysis Center
Take care of staff management
Handle Guest scheduling, billing, cash, patientcare, etc.
Coordinate functions between the Clinical and Non-Clinicalteams
Supervise all of the departments for their effectivefunctioning
Improve the occupancy level of inpatients
Develop and support the diagnostic services and makethem center of excellence
Take inventory management and monitoring
Looking after the Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.
Transports patient to dialysis room and positionspatient on chair / bed at hemodialysis machine;
Explains dialysis procedure and operation of hemodialysismachine to patient before treatment to allay anxieties;
Monitors stock for expiration dates, quantity,consumption, etc.;
Other duties as assigned;
Handle other team members in an very efficient andfriendly manner.
