Responsible for identifying sales prospects and leads, pitching and selling advertising space (print and digital) as well as maintaining good relation

Duties & Responsibilities :
Research and understand prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to successful agreements;
Source for business from companies via cold calling, emailing and face to face meetings;
Compile proposals, rate cards and contracts and share with clients within agreed timelines;
Bring in new business such as advertorials, supplements and other creative non-traditional advertising ideas
Monitor competition and ensure a follow-up of all advertising business in the market.
Work closely with accounts department to ensure prompt collection of payment from clients.
Ensure individual targets are achieved on a monthly basis and giving weekly progress reports and monthly analysis of sales and projections.
Advise management on demands and requirements of clients to help in developing the best advertisement mix.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Degree / Diploma
MUST have advertising or printing sales experience
Minimum of 3 years’ proven working experience in the same field
A strong command of both verbal and written English
Deep understanding of sales & marketing principles and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
