The company is an investment arm of FinnlemmSacco Cooperative Society, established to allow for diversification ofinvestments on behalf of the Sacco.
The Company is wholly owned, controlled,and managed by Finnlemm SACCO on behalf of the members.
We are looking for an energetic,self-driven, visionary leader and motivated entrepreneur to drive theoperations of the Company and implement innovative strategies to diversify thecompany’s investment portfolio and create a firm foundation for commercialviability and sustainability.
The person needs to understand the fundamentaldrivers of business, customers, partners and competitors.

Proven record in the area of business development and entrepreneurship
Research and strategy development
Sales and marketing experience or a related field
Project / program management experience

Sound knowledge of business operations and environment

Basic accounting knowledge

3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
Bachelors Degree in abusiness related field
Duties and Responsibilities include
Day to day management of operations and providing general oversight of all company activities.
Support the development and spearhead the implementation of the company’s strategy and board resolutions.
Responsible for development revision and execution of company policies and procedures.
In liaison with the Board of Directors, identify investment opportunities in line with the company’s strategic plan while ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in execution and closure of projects.
Conduct market intelligence research in line with the dynamic business environment and provide recommendations.
Prepare annual business plans, operating budgets and management reports to facilitate decision making by the Board of Directors.
Overseeing the fiscal activities of the company including budgeting and financial management.
Represent and ensure brand visibility of the company to stakeholders, customers and business community.
Build long term relationships needed to increase company revenues and maximize on profits.
Plan and oversee new market initiatives and improve sales.
Ensuring legal compliance with the applicable Laws and regulations.
Undertake any other duties as and may be assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time
