Job Summary

To communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property; To oversee and coordinate all activities pertaining to preparation and approval of documents such as purchase and lease agreements.

  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting different clients and visiting the potential customers for new business.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Reply to Request for Proposals, Tender Notices, and Price Quotations in a Timely manner.
  • Submit a competitive analysis, budgeting, expected closure price and customer details for management review.
  • Ensure that the customers clear their dues within existing timelines. Work with the accounts to identify any delays and with the Operations to mitigate any issues being seen at the client end.
  • Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
  • Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
  • Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
  • Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales and marketing or business management from a recognized learning institution
  • Minimum of Four years’ in a similar role

  • Specific knowledge and experience in the both the Real Estate and FMCG industry
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks in an environment of competing demands and deadlines
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
