Monitor sales metrics (Monthly& quarterly) sales results and annual forecasts.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirement and work experience
5-7 years of experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing manager.
Candidates should have knowledge of the hospitality industry, understanding the complexities of business and customer needs.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to create tour / travel packages.
Ability to create digital marketing strategies to improve sales
A documented history of attaining or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication skills - ability to fluently communicate in English and one additional foreign language (French, Spanish, German )
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
Independent, self-motivated and dedicated to success.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing. Candidates with adequate experience and holding a Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be considered.
