Responsibilities.

  • Owning and hitting / exceeding annual sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Create a fully functional and vibrant sales department.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts (existing & new) to achieve revenue targets.
  • Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs.
  • Generating new sales through existing and potential customer networks.
  • Engage bookers / representatives to ensure sales increase and revenue growth.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused and achievable solutions.
  • Monitor sales metrics (Monthly& quarterly) sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Requirement and work experience

  • 5-7 years of experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing manager.
  • Candidates should have knowledge of the hospitality industry, understanding the complexities of business and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to create tour / travel packages.
  • Ability to create digital marketing strategies to improve sales
  • A documented history of attaining or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to fluently communicate in English and one additional foreign language (French, Spanish, German )
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated and dedicated to success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing. Candidates with adequate experience and holding a Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be considered.
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • A hotel sales manager spends a significant amount of time in a hotel office, overseeing high-profile bookings, researching potential clients, processing paperwork, and making calls.
