Oversee daily business operations
Developing and implementing growth strategies.
Training low-level managers and staff

Creating and managing budgets
Provide guidance to key functional managers andexecutives in the organization
Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursuetargeted goals and objectives
Ensure overall delivery and quality of the unit'sofferings to customers
