    SpeedafLogistics Kenya Limited is looking for a customer service representative withexcellent communication skills to deliver high quality customer centric serviceto her clients.

    Minimumqualification : Diploma

    ExperienceLevel : middle level

    Experiencelength : 2 years

    Key responsibilities.

  • Update customer details into the system
  • Keep customer records up-to-date
  • Answer incoming calls and calls from customers
  • Checking and answering to customer inquiries.
  • Point of contact between the customer and Speedaf
  • Attend team meetings
  • Update alerts’ switchboard receiving and transferring telephone calls,announcing callers, taking brief messages, passing them via the email system orconnecting callers to staff members direct lines.
  • Monitor and ensure the reception area is kept tidy and portrays abusiness-like image.
  • Report telephone equipment and faults to the operations manager
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls asnecessary.
  • Enter new customer information into the system and maintain the callcentre database.
  • Diagnose and solve customer problems / complaints
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and react out and help
  • Experience in working with communication applications e.g. skype,google, hangouts, chatrooms etc
  • Qualifications / Attributes

  • Certificate / diploma in business administration / customer experience
  • Atleast 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Excellent customer skills (written and verbal)
  • Smart / outgoing look
  • Competency in Microsoft applications -word, excel, outlook, PowerPointetc
  • Good time management
  • Experience in telephone handling
  • Recognizes and resolves problems quickly and efficiently
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Flexible -can work under pressure
  • Please Note : You must have atleast 2 years working experience in Courier Industry. (MUST)
