Role Summary :
The Sales Manager who will create anenvironment that fosters continuous learning within the sales department andprovides unparalleled motivation in order for the department to reach itstargets.
He is responsible for training, coaching, and monitoring the salesteam’s performance and ensuring sales objectives are not only met, butsurpassed.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist to identify lead markets, leadclients and promote the Company.
Maintain close contact with existingclients and develop business leads to increase sales.
Developing business plans and salesstrategies for the market and ensuring attainment of company sales goalsand profitability.
Preparation of action plans for effectivesearch of sales leads and prospects.
Assisting in the development andimplementation of marketing plans as needed.
Controlling expenses to meet budgetguidelines.
Maintaining accurate records of allpricings, sales, and activity reports.
Maintaining contact with all clients inthe market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Develops new business.
Advises management of sales effortprogress and bookings.
Contacts clients and develop businessleads.
Follows, reviews, and advise the superiorof ways to improve the Sales and Marketing Standards and Policy.
Qualification &Experience :
Minimum education of Bachelordegree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant Field
Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience ina Gaming Industry.
Have good communication skills in writtenand spoken English
Result-Oriented. Have a positive attitudetoward challenges and the drive to excel
Possess professional disposition withexcellent communication and interpersonal skills
