    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Assist the sales team in boosting sales and performance
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider de activation.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma in relevant field
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
