  • Sellscarsand vehicles byunderstanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features;developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales.
  • Understandsautomobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparingand contrasting competitive models;
  • inspecting automobiles.

  • Developsbuyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins;meeting prospects at community activities;
  • greeting drop-ins; responding toinquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.

  • Qualifiesbuyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matchingrequirements and interests to various models; building rapport.
  • Demonstratesautomobiles expertise byexplaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; explaining warrantiesand services.
  • Closessales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completingsales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions;
  • explaining and offeringwarranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.

  • Providessales management information by completing reports.
  • Updatesjob knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; readingprofessional publications.
  • Enhancesdealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new anddifferent requests; exploring opportunities to add value to jobaccomplishments.
  • Retain and nurture existing customers, ensuring repeat sales,volume growth, increased rate of sale and customer satisfaction.
  • Collectingcustomer and market feedback and reporting the same to the company
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or business-related course
  • 3-5years of sales experience selling cars
  • Confident, presentable and aggressive, with ability follow-through on interestedparties and convert prospects
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel on assignment tovarious counties in Kenya
  • In-depthunderstanding of popular car models
  • Ability to handle and overcome objections fromcustomers while negotiating terms of trade
  • Planningand presenting reports on pipeline progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members
