Job Summary

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
  • Duties.

  • Office administrative duties, in charge of the office.
  • Book keeping, bank reconciliation, petty cash handling, office cash transactions,
  • Light deliveries within Nairobi.
  • Coordinating of sales and technical team in the field.
  • Filling tenders, quotations, invoicing e.t.c
  • Daily reports on sales weekly, monthly reports of debtors and creditors.
  • Following up on our current and new clients.
  • Telesales, do all the correspondences with our international and local clients.
  • Stocks control.
  • KRA returns and all other relevant payments on time.
  • Plus, any other duties assigned.
  • Qualifications.

  • Degree or diploma in business administration.
  • CPAs
  • Excellent in quick books, office applications
  • With high of interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Work within minimum supervision.
  • Available to work on Saturdays
  • less than 30 years of age
  • Can freely travel within the country with shortest notice possible.
  • Must be a lady.
  • Experience should more than one year in administrative and book keeping, simple office account.
  • Preferred Working in a health / medical institution.
