Be able to collect relevant bidding information from government websites and newspapers.
Can cooperate with leaders to complete preliminary business negotiations.
Ensure that project contracts and bids are complete and filled on time (when required),
Help executives roll out work place initiatives, as well as administrative daily affairs.
Perform any other task as requested.
Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Contractor Management required.
At least 1 year of experience.
Prior working experience in a Chinese Company is an added advantage.
Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Good personal image and good grooming is key.
