    We are looking for excellent Corporate Trainers and Training Specialists to help us deliver assignments to our clients. Promote skills and knowledge.

    You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field.

    Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess. The goal is to promote efficiency, competitive advantage and enhance the competencies of individual by designing and conducting training programs.

    You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.

    Job Description

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Develop production of training handouts, instructional materials, aids, manuals, module summaries and videos
  • Design effective training programs
  • Deliver training courses
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions
  • Keep attendance records and other records
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in training and development
  • Liaise with Lead Consultant to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
  • Build annual training program and prepare training plans
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as corporate trainer or training specialist
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Certification (e.g. ToT) is a plus
