  • Job Description

  • To formulate brand planand propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to corporate policy forhospital brand.
  • Develop andimplement Public Relations Strategies to position the Hospital as the healthcare supplier of choice in the region.
  • Overseethe development of marketing literature, both electronic and paper based.
  • Plan andexecute events (public awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns,staff annual function and social responsibility projects) in coordination withthe Marketing the Hospital management.
  • Develop andexecute business plans.
  • To carry out Researchactivity related to marketing plan evolved.
  • Developand / or market new services of the Hospital.
  • Focus onidentifying new business opportunities that fit the strategic direction of theHospital, and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities.
  • Maintainextensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directlyrelevant information is communicated to key stakeholders.
  • To do regular fieldworkto understand and develop sound marketing plan.
  • Monthly detailed reportof the activity should be submitted to the management.
  • Developrelationships with businesses and community groups to promote the Hospital andHospital Services.
  • Develop,draft and distribute media releases / advertisements that meet the marketingstrategy of the Hospital and that comply with set policy guidelines.
  • Create and beaccountable for all client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation.
  • Requirements

  • A Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification as a minimum requirement.
  • 3 years relevant experience in a hospital or similar environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and persuasiveness whilst maintaining a professional approach.
  • Proven ability to use own initiative, and be able to act decisively on own authority when required.
