  • Communicatewith CEO, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, & CEO and share insights onSlack, Trello and general meeting
  • Weeklystrategic calls with CEO and Sales Manager
  • Weekly ongoingtask meetings with CEO
  • Reporting

  • Client onlinemarketing stats / performance (internal & external)
  • Functional

  • Maintain goodrelationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of thoserelationships.
  • Identify keycontacts at potential client companies to establish and foster a relationship.
  • Participate inone-on-one meetings with clients to explain services in an effort to guidetheir choices
  • Understand theproblems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could betteraddress those needs.
  • Grow thebusiness by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
  • Seekopportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients
  • Monitor andassess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain ourclients
  • Provideexcellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business
  • Resolve anycustomer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
  • Accountmanagement of Corporate Clients and Partners
  • Set revenuetargets and then develop and execute a strategy to meet those

  • Bachelor’sdegree in business, marketing, management, or related field
  • 3+ years ofexperience in a corporate or customer service role
  • Experience inthe banking sector is a plus
  • Outgoing andcustomer-oriented attitude

  • Maintain orsource x5 Key Business Ancillary partner accounts per month as per rate card(targets to be aligned to budgets)
  • Source and maintain x10 sub home offer accounts as per rate card(targets to be aligned to budgets).
