1. Administrative :

o Training and Supervision of all hostel staff.

o Maintain High service standards by ensuring that the premises are clean at all times and that meals are prepared per required standards.

o Enforce hostel rules, guidelines and policy.

o Addressing any complaints / concerns from residents and staff in a professional a manner.

o Ensure security and safety of the residents

2. Marketing : In charge of all marketing strategies; prepare all marketing materials as well as Administer and manage the social media marketing platform.

3. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager / Director.

The Hostel Matron is responsible for the overall leadership; smooth running of the Hostel, supervision and guidance of staff and, above all, the safety and welfare of the residents.

The role involves working closely with other members of staff and enforcing of the Hostel rules, guidelines and policy.
